We use this information to respond, assess service compatibility, plan the appointment, provide requested locksmith services, maintain business records, and comply with legal or security requirements.

Text messages and calls

Submitting an appointment request opens your device’s messaging application. The message is sent only after you review and send it. Standard carrier charges may apply. We do not use an appointment request as consent for unrelated automated marketing messages.

Service authorization

For security, we may request identification and proof of ownership, tenancy, management authority, or other lawful authorization before performing service on a vehicle or property.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the business or when required by law.
